📝 About This Restaurant
The Diaspora Collective is a space to celebrate, discover, connect and empower Africa and the African diaspora. You can eat, drink and vibe at Latha, a restaurant and bar that celebrates the flavors and food ways of Africa, the Caribbean, Brazil and the southern US. It is a contemporary pan-African kitchen that takes guests on a journey along the trails of our ancestors. Latha offers wine and spirits made or developed by Black artisans. You can shop at Soko, a market of goods made and designed by Black artisans from Arizona to Africa. You can connect with fellow community members in our gathering space while enjoying a meal in our dining room, or on the patio, taking a sip of a cocktail in the bar or vibing to afrobeats.
