Born in 2000 as Downtown Wings in Five Points, Atlanta, our restaurant became a beloved neighborhood spot known for authentic Atlanta-style hot wings, tenders, and community connection. For 25 years, we served generations with pride as a family-run, Asian-American, minority-owned business.
In 2025, we rebranded as Ranch and Maple and brought that same legacy to Los Angeles. While the name is new, our roots remain — from our 25-year-old marination method to house-made slaw and golden waffles, every bite is a taste of Atlanta.
